For more than a year, Canadian’s have been challenged in a number of ways due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Mental health is becoming an increasingly important topic of conversation and a growing priority for many as we balance the ongoing challenges due to social isolation, financial and employment uncertainty and disruptions to daily life.
