We are looking forward to welcoming businesses and organizations including attractions, culture venues, accommodations, festivals, events organizations, retail, restaurants and more for this tourism-specific workshop series! 

A series of workshops designed to help businesses move to the next level and increase sales through social media! 

Who is this for: Suitable for Vaughan or Markham tourism businesses on Facebook and Instagram and have “boosted” posts but want to improve their sales. Businesses might have a small email list but aren’t integrating it into social media marketing campaigns. 

Participating businesses should have or apply for the Safe Travels Stamp.

For almost a decade Keith Tomasek has been integrating social media into marketing campaigns. It doesn’t matter if your budget is eight dollars a day or thousands a day, Keith helps you create and run social media marketing campaigns that sell. 

Outcomes of this workshop:

  • Attendees will be introduced to the Facebook Ads Manager. 
  • Attendees will be introduced to techniques to integrate email lists into Facebook marketing strategies.
  • Attendees will learn how to create a target audiences based on geo-tags, demographics or other characteristics like first-time car buyers, new homeowners etc.

Each session will be 45 minutes of prepared curriculum with a 15 – 20 minute Q&A session, with an opportunity for participants to ask follow-up questions between sessions with Keith. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED.

About Keith Tomasek:

Keith grew up in Montreal where he studied theatre at John Abbott College. Later he completed a BA at Carleton University and a Master of Arts in Mass Communications at the University of Leicester.
