What is BReady Talent?
BReady Talent is a program and AI-enabled platform that supports newcomers and talent in underinvested communities (BIPOC, Youth, LGBTQ, Women) in finding meaningful employment opportunities with SME and startup employers in Ontario.
Who does it serve?
Talent - Over the age of 21, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or certificate, looking for a professional role in technology (engineering, IT, data science, cybersecurity, biotech, etc.) or business (project manager, marketing, sales, BD, operations).
Employers - Ideally, an SME or Startup with under 500 employees in any of the key industry sectors in Ontario (manufacturing, food processing, supply chain/logistics, biotechnology, healthcare, professional services, natural resources).
