actually. is an independent technology assurance firm in Toronto that verifies what IT providers report to the businesses they serve.
Most leaders do not receive bad information on purpose. They receive technical reports without context, and dashboards full of green indicators. The questions that matter go unanswered. Are the backups actually recoverable. Are security alerts actually being reviewed. Are you paying for services you actually receive.
Every one of those is a question the checker cannot answer about itself.
actually. reviews the evidence behind the report: security, backups, spending and strategy. We do not sell the tools or services we assess, and we do not resell anything that could appear in our findings. That is what makes it possible for a review to conclude that nothing needs to change. In both engagements published on our website, the client kept the IT provider it already had.
