We are a 100% Canadian-owned company and have been in the Property Management industry for more than 14 years. Our team holds Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), as well as Ontario Licensed Condo Manager (OLCM) from CMRAO. We practice and conduct the code of ethics from both REIC and CMRAO.
We are a Property Management Company taking care of properties for Investors, homeowners, and landlords. No matter it is a single unit or multi-unit property (residential or commercial), we will manage the best that we can. Our service includes but is not limited to Rent Management and Collection, Move-in/Move-out registration, Tenant Agreement, Tenant Requests, Maintenance and Repairs, Inspection, and Evictions.
We also offer leasing services which include listing and screening of tenants. Before listing, we arrange cleaning, visual home inspections, shootings, and recommendation of any deficiencies to the property owner.
We also handle cleaning, maintenance and repair services for the properties.
